The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mohammadpur P.S. Case no. 74 of 2016, registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that petitioner and her brother Amar Sahni caught hold the hands of informant and Rajesh Sahni brother of the informant caused injury through piece of wooden log at his head due to land dispute. As such, petitioner is not the assailant. Further submission is that, in fact, due to complaint case No. 4332 of 2016 filed by the petitioner against the informant of the present case and his wife and others the petitioner has been implicated in this case. The petitioner being the lady has no criminal antecedent.

No.2057 of 2017 (2) dt.30-01-2017 2/2 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.1st, Gopalganj in connection with Mohammadpur P.S. Case No.74 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
