Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bousi P.S. Case No. 56 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to previous land dispute between the parties. There is case and counter case. Both sides have sustained injuries. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent and is in custody since 31.07.2018.
