2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 318 (4), 338, 336 (3) and 3 (5) of the BNS.

3. 37. The case of the prosecution, in brief, is that one Ravi Raushan executed an agreement for sale. It is further alleged that a total sum of Rs. 16,00,000/- was transferred by the informant into the account of the present petitioner on the instructions of the said Ravi Raushan.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that, out of the aforesaid amount of Rs. 16,00,000/-, a sum of Rs.

It is further submitted that an amount was transferred to the account of one Reena Kumari, and the remaining amount was withdrawn in cash by the coaccused Ravi Raushan. It is further submitted that, without prejudice to his defence, the petitioner is ready to deposit a sum of Rs. 12,50,000/- subject to the outcome of the trial.

5. Learned APP appearing for the state has opposed the prayer of regular bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Buxar (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 340 of 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs. 12,50,000/- in the account of the Civil Court, Buxar within a period of eight months, subject to the final outcome of the trial.
