Petitioners seek bail in connection with Yadopur P.S. Case No. 111 of 2017 (G.R. No. 5014 of 2017) registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 324, 307 and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case due to land dispute between the parties. There is general and omnibus allegation against the accused persons. Specific allegation is against co-accused Suresh Sharma and Subhash Sharma. There is case and counter case. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent and are in custody since 03.07.2018.
