Petitioner is an accused in connection with Manjhagarh P.S. Case No. 168 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 120(B)/109 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 (1-b)a/26/35 of Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 05.07.2019. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Manjhagarh P.S. Case
