2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Petitioner is alleged to be impersonating a candidate in the BPSC examination.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case only on suspicion. He next submits that the petitioner has not taken any benefit of the said examination. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and clean antecedent, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his

No.24141 of 2024(4) dt.19-06-2024 2/2 arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Saharsa in connection with Salakhua P. S. Case No. 400 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
