The petitioner prays for grant of regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act. As per the prosecution case, unknown miscreants committed murder of the informant's father.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner's name has figured during course of investigation on the basis of information given by the spy. During course of investigation, only material that has come against the petitioner is that he along with other co-accused was seen moving on motorcycle near canal and after sometime sound of firing was heard. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submitted that the petitioner has got criminal antecedent and is accused in more than 12 cases. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sessions Judge, Saharsa in Bihra Police Station Case No. 186 of 2020.
