The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs, order/orders in the nature of MANDAMUS, directing and commanding the respondents concerned to discharge the statutory obligation to compute and make payment of entire arrears of salary including current salary alongwith differential amount

Patna High Court CWJC No.19132 of 2014(2) dt.03-08-2023 2/2 payable in view of the decisions of the 4th, 5th and 6th Pay Revision Committee's Report together with interest @ 18% per annum from the month of April, 1994 to September, 2014 and onward (for more than about 42 months) and for any other relief or reliefs to which the petitioner may be entitled in accordance with law."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Sitamarhi for redressal of his aforesaid grievance. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
