The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in Baheri P.S. Case No.156 of 2014 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 342, 328 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation has been made that at the threat of pistol poisonous material has been pored in the mouth of the victim. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the medical report does not support the case of the prosecution and the victim was found on the road side with unconscious condition. He was brought to the hospital by some unknown

Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on anticipatory bail. Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected.
