2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Nardiganj P.S. Case No. 04 of 2023 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 384, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner along with other accused persons demanded Rangdari of Rs. 5 lacs from the informant and when informant refused, the accused persons assaulted the informant by means of iron rod causing injury on his head due to which he fell down and became unconscious and thereafter they snatched his mobile phone.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been

Further submission is that as per F.I.R., it was coaccused Nilkamal who demanded Rangdari and assaulted the informant and snatched his mobile phone. So far as this petitioner is concerned, there is general and omnibus allegation against him. It is next submitted that the F.I.R. has been lodged after a delay of 9 days without reasonable explanation. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Nardiganj P.S. Case No. 04 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
