The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Ram Krishna Nagar P.S. Case No. 284 of 2017 for offences under Sections 147, 323, 337, 338, 354, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

From the written statement it appears that the petitioner along with others have assaulted the informant's wife. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Similarly circumstanced other co-accused, namely, Sahil Kumar and Rakesh Kumar have been granted anticipatory bail by the Co-ordinate Benches of this Court.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.62549 of 2018(2) dt.13-12-2018 2/2 named, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Judge-XIII cum Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Ram Krishna Nagar P.S.
