This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Doriganj P.S. Case No. 240 of 2019 for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act. Large number of criminal cases of similar nature have been registered against the petitioner. In the opinion of this Court, the petitioner does not deserve the privilege of anticipatory bail. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed. The petitioner is directed to surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks from today. (Sandeep Kumar, J) pawan/- U T
