1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.a) For a direction upon the Respondents make payment of salary of the service period of the Petitioner from 17.02.2014 till 20.10.2014 in which the Petitioner was kept 'Awaiting for Posting' and grant and pay all consequential benefits along with interest."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the respondent-State has referred to the counter affidavit filed in the present case to submit that the period in question i.e. the one starting from 17.02.2014 to 20.10.2014 has been regularised by

Patna High Court CWJC No.5656 of 2022(2) dt.06-12-2023 2/2 treating a part of the same as 'Awaiting for Posting' and a part thereof has been treated as Paid Leave, etc., by an order dated 25.04.2023, issued by the Director, Agriculture, Bihar, Patna, hence it is submitted that in case any outstanding arrears of salary is due to be paid, the same would definitely be paid within a period of four weeks from today. It is directed accordingly.

3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
