JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 22-05-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is languishing in custody in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 413, 414, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is recovery of two stolen motorcycles and four persons including the petitioner were arrested from the place of seizure.

The petitioner is not involved in the selling of stolen motorcycle. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 25.11.2022. Moreover, other co-accused has been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 24.09.2021 passed in Cr. Misc No. 21679 of 2021.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the period under custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-XVIII, Muzaffarpur in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 585 of 2020.
