JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 17-10-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is named in the first information report but it is admitted case of the informant that prior to institution of the present case, land dispute was going on between him and petitioner. The deceased is said to have died due to consumption of poison. However, it is alleged that petitioner and his other family members administered poison to the deceased but none has seen the actual incident. Moreover, investigation against the petitioner has already been completed.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional
