JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 28-03-2019 This is an appeal under Section 14A(2) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 against the refusal of prayer of anticipatory bail dated 16.02.2019 passed by the learned 1st Addl. Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge, Hajipur, Vaishali in ABP No. 2794 of 2018 arising out of Jandaha P.S.Case No. 87 of 2018 registered under Sections 323, 341 and 504 of the Indian penal Code and Sections 3(i)(r) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

At the very outset, it has been submitted on behalf of the appellant is that occurrence took place with respect to land of the appellant and he is on police bail but he has not misused the privilege of police bail.
