Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 461 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is not named in the first information report but he was arrested in Gopalganj (Town) P.S. Case no. 331/2015 in which he made his confessional statement disclosing his involvement in the present case also and it appears that except the aforesaid confessional statement as well as some criminal antecedent, there is nothing against the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Amit Kumar Pandey, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Gopalganj in Gopalganj Town P.S. Case no.
