JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 26-03-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Bariyarpur (Manjhaul O.P.) P.S. Case No.62 of 2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/307/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner allegedly assaulted causing injury at the head of the wife of the informant. The doctor has found simple injury.
