ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 28-06-2023 From the perusal of the agreement whereby the petitioner has been appointed as Jansadharan Ticket Booking Sevak (JTBS) shows that he was appointed for a period of three years from the issuance of said letter, which is dated 22.10.2013 at Annexure-14. Admittedly, the cause in the present writ petition does not survive and the writ petition is dismissed accordingly.
