Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 535/2020, registered for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 385, 354, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is of demand of extortion money and assault against the accused persons and petitioner is one of them, these kinds of crime are now common in Bihar. In the opinion of this Court, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
