(i) For issuance of an appropriate Writ/Writs, Order/Orders, Direction/Directions, particularly a Writ in the nature of Mandamus, for directing the respondent-authorities to make payment in equal share of awarded compensation money with interest at the rate of 6% p.a. to the petitioners from the date of filing of the Claim Case No.403 of 2018, which was decided on 30.9.2021 by the learned

Patna High Court CWJC No.5625 of 2022(2) dt.20-12-2022 2/2 Court of M.A.C.T.-cum-Addl.District Judge VIllth, Patna.

(ii) For issuance of a Writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing the respondent-authorities to not make any payment to any other persons in absence and without calling of the three Account Holders including the petitioners."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty so sought is granted.
