Case No. 46 of 2014 registered under Sections 409, 420/34 of the Indian Penal code.

I have heard counsel for the parties and perused the

Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.882 of 2015 dt.16-02-2016 2 / 2 FIR, in question, as contained in Annexure-1 to the present application. The allegations made therein do attract ingredients of a cognizable offence.
