The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with G.O P.S. case No. 166 of 2016 instituted under Section 47(a) of Bihar Excise Act.

It is submitted that the prosecution shows that two bottles of foreign liquor each containing 750 ml was found on the road of nearby station and this petitioner without any material has been falsely implicated in this case as it was not found in his possession. It is further submitted that the petitioner has also got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, namely, Sajan Kumar @ Sawan Kumar in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5549 of 2017 (2) dt.07-02-2017 within four weeks from today, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with G.O.
