JUSTICE NANI TAGIA ORAL ORDER 26-06-2025 This contempt application has been filed alleging violation of the order dated 14.08.2018 passed in CWJC No. 19335 of 2014 wherein, the respondent University was directed to pay appropriate scale admissible to the petitioner including the arrears and current salary.

2. The opposite party No. 2 and 3/ the University has filed a show-cause wherein it has been stated that in compliance of the order passed in the writ petition a reasoned order dated 14.02.2020 has been passed by the Registrar of the University

Patna High Court MJC No.1077 of 2019(5) dt.26-06-2025 2/2 which has been enclosed as Annexure-A to the show-cause. It has been stated in the reasoned order passed by the Registrar that the admissible amount on the basis of pay fixation has been paid till February, 2018 to the petitioner. It has been further stated in the reasoned order that if the petitioner is of the view that he is entitled to more payments than it has been made, he may file a representation along with the bills which will be verified and paid, if found entitled to.

3. On perusal of the show-cause filed by the opposite party No. 2 and 3 and the Annexure-A of the show-cause, I find that the order dated 14.08.2018 passed in CWJC No. 19335 of 2014 has been complied with by the respondents.

4. The contempt application stands closed and disposed off.
