This is a case under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner was allowed provisional bail by order dated 02.07.2020 as the petitioner had expressed willingness for restoration of conjugal life and the wife-Opposite Party was also willing to live with the petitioner. The Court-below was also directed to report about the stand of the parties before the Courtbelow. The report dated 06.11.2020 reveals that the petitioner was ready for conjugal life. However, the wife-Opposite Party did not want to live with the petitioner.
