The petitioner is apprehending their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 248C of 2014, registered under Sections 323, 379 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that petitioner had taken Rs. 16,00,000/- from the complainant for executing the land under Kheshra No. 691, 692, 689 and 695 in favour of complainant but the petitioner neither executed the aforesaid land nor he returned the money. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner executed the land bearing above mentioned Kheshra No. 691, 692, 689 and 695, but the complainant is a fraud person and he wanted to grab the land of the petitioner and petitioner never took any amount from the complainant.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of four weeks from today in the court below shall

No.43884 of 2014 (3) dt.15-04-2015 be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Santosh Kumar Jha, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Hilsa, District-Nalanda, in connection with Complaint Case No. 248C of 2014, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of Cr.P.C.
