Earlier, the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 09.01.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 25831 of 2014 and I do not find any new ground to reconsider the prayer for bail of the petitioner and, accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Session trial no. 193 of 2014, arising out of Kishanganj ( Barsoi) Railway P.S.Case No. 01 of 2014, is again rejected.

However, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and try to conclude the same as early as possible.
