ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 02-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and the State. The Petitioners seeks revision of their conviction by the Additional District and Sessions Judge-V, Lakhisarai, in Criminal Appeal No. 52 of 2011 who by Judgment dated 2.8.2014 has maintained the conviction of the Petitioners under Section 323 of the Indian Penal Code but release them on Probation of Offenders Act. Hence, I do not find any reason for interference in the matter.

The application stands dismissed.
