====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-08-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being elder brother of the husband of the informant's sister is languishing in custody since 30.10.2015 in a case registered under Sections 341,323,307 and 498A of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. The basic accusation is of torture for non fulfillment of dowry demands.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the accusation of assault is omnibus and general and the investigation has already concluded.

Considering the nature of accusation and the period in custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties
