JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 11-05-2022 Learned counsel for the petitioners is directed to remove all the defects pointed out by the Stamp Reporter within one month. This application has been filed for modification of order dated 15.12.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 5953 of 2021 by which the petitioners have been granted privilege of anticipatory bail in connection with Shahkund P.S. Case No. 161 of 2020. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that inadvertently in the prayer portion of the bail application the name of the Judge was wrongly typed as A.C.J.M.-XI, Bhagalpur, which should have been read as A.C.J.M.-II (Ragini Kumari), Bhagalpur and accordingly, the same has been incorporated in the order dated

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20319 of 2022(2) dt.11-05-2022 2/2 15.12.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 5953 of 2021. In the aforesaid view of the matter, the order dated 15.12.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 5953 of 2021 is modified to the extent that in place of A.C.J.M.-XI, Bhagalpur, it shall be read as A.C.J.M.-II, Bhagalpur.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioners within the stipulated time provided in para 1 hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) SONALI/- U
