1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. On query of the Court from the learned counsel for the petitioner with regard to the present status of the case, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has no instruction from the petitioner.

3. The learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the quashing application and submits that in the event if the Court interferes with the order impugned and the stage of the case has changed, then the entire effort of the Court shall go futile.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned
