Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nagar P.S. Case No. 173 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case on basis of confessional statement of the co-accused merely on suspicion. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 20.06.2018.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail
