The Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366-A, 379, 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that daughter of the informant aged about 13 years was kidnapped by co-accused, Ranvijay Chandrawansi on 12.04.2022. Petitioners are alleged to be conspirator. It is submitted that the petitioner No.1 is father and petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20143 of 2023(2) dt.24-06-2023 2/2 No.2 is mother of co-accused Ranvijay Chandrawansi. The specific accusation of kidnapping is against co-accused Ranvijay Chandrawansi. The petitioners have been made accused in this case only because they are the parents of coaccused, Ranvijay Chandrawansi. The victim in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. has not named these petitioners. Police after investigation submitted final form. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two each sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District & Sessions Judgecum-Special Exclusive (POCSO), Aurangabad, in connection with Khurd P.S.
