JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-09-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being the widow mother of the husband of the victim is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 201, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
Accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after three years of marriage and disposing of the dead body. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that accusation is omnibus and general. The petitioner being widow lady claims to be separate from the husband of the victim. Moreover, the victim died due to illness.
Considering the thrust of accusation against the husband of the victim and the petitioner being widow lady, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35816 of 2015 (2) dt.07-09-2015 2/2 arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Warsaliganj P.S.
