Petitioners are accused in connection with Excise Case No. 170 of 2016 registered under Sections 47(A) Bihar Excise Act.

The accusation is that both the petitioners were apprehended by the Police boarding on the motorcycle and on search, one gallon was recovered containing 12 liters illicit country made liquor.

Submission is that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. It is also submitted that petitioners have no criminal antecedent and are in custody since 04.04.2016.
