1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 409 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and being postal employees has been implicated by the informant alleging that the petitioners in connivance withdrew an amount of Rs. 2,50,000/- from the recurring account of his dead mother.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case, it is

No.23628 of 2023(2) dt.14-07-2023 2/3 further submitted that they are not named in the FIR and during the course of investigation, it transpired that one Kanchan Kumari, a postal agent, was instrumental in withdrawing the amount from the account of the mother of the informant, it is further submitted that the petitioners being postal employees also came to be implicated as they were dealing with the recurring accounts, it is further submitted that Kanchan Kumari has been granted the privilege of anticipatory bail by order dated 01.09.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 11850 of 2022 by a learned Coordinate Bench, wherein, it has been recorded that the informant has given a statement on a non-judicial stamp paper that he had already received the total amount with regard to the S.B. Account of her mother and the informant or any family member shall have no claim in future.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like
