This is an application for quashing of the order dated 20.04.2011 passed by the learned S.D.J.M. Saran in Complaint Case No. 849 of 2010, Tr. No. 1335 of 2014 registered under sections 406 of the Indian Penal Code, and section 3/4 of the D.P. Act whereby and whereunder the learned S.D.J.M. was pleased to take cognizance against the accused petitioners and further directed the complainant to furnish essential requisites for issuance of summons against the petitioners. It seems that the petitioners have lost interest in the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37354 of 2015(2) dt.24-02-2023 2/2 case.
Accordingly, the petition stands dismissed for nonprosecution with liberty to raise all the points before an appropriate Court at an appropriate stage .
