The petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No. 343/2018 registered under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this petitioner is a married Nanad of the victim and she is residing in her sasural elsewhere as also that there is no specific allegation against her of being a party to the demand of dowry. It is submitted that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case whereunder it is the submission of learned counsel for the

No.18275 of 2019(2) dt.04-04-2019 2/2 petitioner that this petitioner is a married Nanad of the victim and she is residing in her sasural elsewhere as also that there is no specific allegation against her of being a party to the demand of dowry and act of torture, in the event of her arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks, let the above-named petitioner be enlarged on bail furnishing bail bond of Rs. 15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Judge 13th cum A.C.J.M., Muzaffarpur, in connection with Sakra P.S.
