2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 109, 117(2), 303(2), 352(2) and 351(2)(3) of the B.N.S..
3. As per prosecution case, allegation against these petitioners is that they, along with other accused persons named in the F.I.R., assaulted Brahmdeo Singh, Lakshman Dev Singh, Lacho Devi and Rita Devi.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners that petitioners are quite innocent and have committed no offence. From bare perusal of the F.I.R. it is apparent that specific accusation of assault is against co-accused Ram Eqbal Yadav and Petitioner No. 3, namely Vikrant Singh. So far as Petitioner Nos. 1, 2 and 4 are concerned, there are general and omnibus allegations and there is no specific accusation of overt act against these petitioner. Doctor has opined that the injuries, allegedly caused by Petitioner No. 3, are simple in nature. There is case and counter-case between the parties.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
6. Considering the nature of accusation, case and counter-case between the parties and nature of injuries sustained by the injured, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to these petitioners is allowed.
7. Accordingly, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioners be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like
