Considering that investigation should be rarely interfered with, I am not inclined to interfere with the matter. The application is disposed of with a direction to the Investigating Officer to complete the investigation within a period of three months, if he has not done so already. Let this order be communicated to the Superintendent of Police concerned for its onward transmission to the Investigating Officer of the concerned police station.
