JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN) Date : 30-04-2019 As prayed, learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the cause title of this MJC application. This Miscellaneous Application is filed in a disposed of matter arising from CWJC No. 2685 of 2019, which was allowed vide order passed on 15.02.2019. By this application, the petitioner while admitting the bonafide error in so far as the station of the respondents, i.e. respondent no.3 Collector-cum-District Magistrate, respondent no.4

Patna High Court MJC No.1075 of 2019 dt.30-04-2019 2/2 Deputy Superintendent of Police, and respondent no.5 Excise Superintendent are concerned, which read as Sitamarhi in the writ petition, prays for leave to modify their station and to read as Nawada. We have heard learned counsel for the parties and are satisfied by the cause shown and allow learned counsel for the petitioner to correct the station of respondent nos. 3, 4 and 5 in the writ petition. Consequently the memo of parties and page nos. 2 and 3 of our order dated 15.02.2019 disposing of the writ petition shall stand modified in so far as the station of respondent nos.

3, 4 and 5 are concerned to read as follows:- (a) The Collector-cum-District Magistrate, Nawada (b) The Deputy Superintendent of Police, Nawada (c) The Excise Superintendent, Nawada We accordingly modify the station of respondent nos. 3, 4 and 5 mentioned in cause title as also on page nos. 2 and 3 of the dated 15.02.2019 to read the station as Nawada in place of Sitamarhi. This MJC application is allowed. The order dated 15.02.2019 in CWJC No. 2685 of 2019 stands modified to the extent above.
