Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Jay Nagar P.S. Case No.269 of 2015 registered for offences under Sections 363, 363(A), 341, 323, 467 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code.

Some persons impersonated as Fua & Fufa of the victim girl and petitioners handed over the custody of the victim

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30875 of 2021(2) dt.04-04-2022 2/2 to others. Subsequently it was detected that they were impostors therefore, the mother of the victim girl took the victim along with her.

It is submitted that the petitioners are Chairperson and Members of the Child Welfare Committee and therefore the allegation levelled against them appears to be false and there is no laches on the part of the petitioners.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Accordingly, let petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in connection with Jay Nagar P.S. Case No.269 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
