02. 03.08.2016 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and the learned APP for the State.
This is the third attempt to seek regular bail on behalf of the petitioners who are accused in connection with Bochahan P.S. Case No. 22 of 2015 for the offences registered under Sections 8, 20(b)(ii)(c), 22 and 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 and Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code pending before the Additional Sessions Judge-VII, Muzaffarpur.
I do not find any justifiable reason to entertain this application, after prayer for regular bail having been rejected earlier, vide order dated 14.10.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 47980 of 2015. This application is, accordingly, dismissed. Vikash/- (Chakradhari Sharan Singh, J.) U T
