The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sheikhpura P.S. Case No. 54 of 2019 for the offences punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act. The allegation is regarding recovery of one misfired cartridge and one mobile phone from possession of the petitioner when he was apprehended by the police. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case.
