Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302,201,34 IPC. The petitioners are suspected to have committed murder of the husband of the informant.

Submission is that there is no eye witness of the occurrence. The impugned order would reveal that there is no direct material against the petitioners. Petitioners are in custody since 12.06.2020. Investigation of the case is already complete. Petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.

Considering lack of direct material against the petitioners, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30685 of 2021(2) dt.22-10-2021 2/2 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Naubatpur Police Station Case No.302 of 2020 with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioners shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.

(c) The petitioners shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
