JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 02-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be brother in law of the deceased and it is stated in the first information report that a quarrel had taken place between the petitioner and deceased and thereafter, deceased was killed by the petitioner and his other family members.

Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the parents in law of the petitioner have already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court after taking note of materials available in the case diary.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37161 of 2015 (2) dt.02-09-2015 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in connection with Rautara P.S. Case No. 66 of 2014.
