Petitioner is an accused in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 105 of 2020 arising out of Spl. Case No. 1317 of 2020 for the offence registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 09.02.2020.
