That the petitioner prays for issuance of an appropriate writ/ writs, order/ orders, direction/ directions for quashing the order dated 29.01.2021 vide letter no-72 (Annexure-....) passed by Child Development Programme Officer, Samastipur (Rural), whereby and whereunder he has terminated the petitioner from her service, as petitioner was appointed as 'Aganbadi Sevika' of 'Aganbadi Center No-337' which came under the 'Punas Panchyat' of Samastipur District." 2.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ

Patna High Court CWJC No.5602 of 2022(2) dt.12-12-2023 2/2 petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
