4. The petition is dismissed, but with the observation that in case a revision petition is filed before the concerned authority within a period of 30 days, it shall be considered and an order shall be passed within a period of 60 days thereafter, giving reasons in support of the same.

5. The order so passed by the authority shall be made available to the petitioner forthwith.
