2. The present application has been filed for quashing the order dated 24.02.2011 passed by the learned S.D.M.,Sadar, Saharsa in connection with Misc. Case No. 1124 of 2010 as also the order dated 6.5.2011 passed by the learned District and Sessions Judge, Saharsa in Cr. Rev. No. 30 of 2011 in a proceeding under Section 145 of the Cr.P.C.

3. This Court is of the view that the present application is, in substance, a revision petition and in view of the provisions of Section 397 (3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the same is not maintainable being the nature of second revision. The petition, accordingly, stands dismissed. (Vikash Jain, J) Chandran U T
